Bingo Caller Plus & Bingo Player Plus – Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 17, 2026

FitPass LIFE, LLC (“we” or “us”), the developer of Bingo Caller Plus and Bingo Player Plus, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information in these mobile applications on iOS and Android. In short, we do not collect, share, or sell any personal data through these apps. Both Bingo Caller Plus and Bingo Player Plus are designed as offline tools for playing bingo, and they can be used without providing any personal information.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent that we do not collect any personal information from users of our apps. When you use Bingo Caller Plus or Bingo Player Plus, we do not ask for or access any of the following data:

  • Personal Identifiers: We do not request your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any other personally identifying information. No user account or sign-up is required to use the apps.

  • Contact Lists or Media: We do not access your contacts, photos, or other media on your device.

  • Location Data: Our apps do not track your GPS location or any location-based information.

  • Usage or Analytics Data: We do not utilize any analytics services or tracking tools in these apps. There are no cookies, no third-party ads, and no profiling of your usage. We also do NOT track you across other applications or websites.

  • Device Data: Except for basic technical information needed for the apps to function (such as device type or OS version), we do not collect any unique device identifiers or device statistics. The apps operate locally on your device, and no gameplay data or personal data is transmitted to our servers (in fact, we do not run any servers for these apps).

Because we collect no personal data at all, there is nothing to share or sell. We do NOT sell or rent your data to anyone. We do not share any information with advertisers or other third parties for marketing or profiling purposes. In essence, what happens on your device stays on your device – your bingo game results, settings, and usage remain private to you.

In-App Purchases and Third-Party Services

While using our apps, you may choose to make in-app purchases (for example, to unlock premium features or additional game modes). All purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store for iOS, and in the future Google Play Store for Android) and our purchase processing partner RevenueCat. We want to clarify how these transactions work in terms of privacy:

  • App Store / Play Store: When you make a purchase on iOS or Android, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. We (the developers) do not receive your billing information such as your credit card number or personal billing details. We only receive confirmation from Apple/Google that the purchase was successful, so the app can unlock the features. Any sensitive payment data is managed by Apple/Google under their own privacy policies and security.

  • RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat as a service to help manage and validate in-app purchases across platforms. RevenueCat acts as a backend to confirm that your purchase (for example, a premium upgrade) is valid. Importantly, RevenueCat does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from you by default – it processes purchase receipts and may use an anonymous identifier to keep track of your entitlements, but this information is not tied to your real identity. We do not upload any personal data to RevenueCat; it only handles data necessary for enabling the purchase you made (like Apple’s transaction ID or a random user ID). This data is used solely to unlock your premium content on your device and is not used for any other purpose.

  • No Other Third-Party Integrations: Aside from the standard in-app purchase infrastructure, our apps do not integrate with social media, advertising networks, or analytics providers. There are no Facebook logins, no Google Analytics, no ad SDKs, etc. Since the apps are offline bingo tools, you can use them without any external services needing your data.

According to our App Store privacy disclosure, “Data Not Collected” means we do not collect any data from the app. This reflects our practices accurately. If in the future we release an Android version, we intend to maintain the same stance of not collecting user data.

How We Use Information

Since we do not collect personal information, we do not have any personal data to use in the first place. The apps themselves perform their functions (calling bingo numbers, marking cards, storing your local settings/preferences) without sending any data to us. All the information about your bingo game (such as which numbers have been called or your saved bingo card) stays locally on your device. We do not see or use that information – it is for your own use and is not transmitted anywhere.

The only information we might receive is what you choose to provide us if you contact us directly for support (for example, if you email us, we will receive your email address and any details you include in your message). We will use that contact information only to communicate with you about your support request and resolve your issue. We will not add you to any marketing lists or share your email; we will strictly use it for customer support purposes.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because we do not collect or store any personal data from the apps, naturally we do not share your personal data with anyone. We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties. We also do not disclose any data to law enforcement or government authorities, except if we are ever legally compelled with a valid order. However, in such a case, we cannot provide data that we do not have. In summary, we can’t disclose your information because we don’t collect any in the first place.

The only exception to “sharing” is the necessary communication with Apple/Google and RevenueCat to process a purchase as described above – but that is a strictly controlled, purpose-limited exchange (to verify a purchase). No personal user identities are involved in that process from our side.

Data Storage and Security

We do not store any personal data on our servers (we actually do not even operate servers for these bingo apps). All game-related data is stored on your own device. For example, if the Bingo Caller app keeps track of which numbers have been called in a game or if the Bingo Player app saves your current bingo card, that information resides in the app’s local storage on your phone or tablet.

Because we do not transmit your data, the risk of data breaches on our side is eliminated – there’s nothing on our end to breach. Nonetheless, we take the security and integrity of the apps seriously. The apps are distributed through official app stores (Apple’s App Store, and eventually Google Play), which means they are digitally signed and vetted to ensure they are safe and malware-free. Any communication that does occur (such as verifying a purchase or checking for app updates) is done over encrypted connections. For instance, purchase verifications use secure channels provided by Apple or Google. RevenueCat also employs strong security measures and complies with privacy regulations when processing purchase data.

On your device, we encourage you to keep your device’s operating system updated and use a device passcode or other security, as those general measures help protect any information stored on your device (including the local data of these apps).

Children’s Privacy

Both Bingo Caller Plus and Bingo Player Plus are rated Ages 4+ on the App Store, meaning they are suitable for all ages and do not contain objectionable content. Importantly, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the minimum age in your jurisdiction). In fact, as stated, we do not collect personal data from any users, regardless of age.

If you are a parent or guardian, you can be confident that our apps do not gather any data from your child. The apps can be used without any sign-in or personal details. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting or storing children’s personal info. If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s use of our apps, feel free to contact us. If in the future we ever were to collect personal data from children (which we have no plans to do), we would comply with parental consent requirements, but again, right now we simply do not collect any data from users.

Your Privacy Rights

Even though we do not hold personal information about users of our bingo apps, we want to outline your rights and how they apply. Privacy laws like the EU’s GDPR and California’s CCPA typically give individuals rights to access, correct, or delete their personal data, or to opt-out of the sale of their data. In our case, since we do not have any personal data from you, these rights are largely not applicable because there is no data on our side to access, modify, or delete.

  • Access and Correction: We cannot provide access to personal data or correct it because we don’t collect or store any. There’s nothing in a user profile or database related to you in our systems (since we have no user accounts).

  • Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We fulfill this by design – by not collecting data. If you ever want to ensure we have no information about you, you can contact us, and we will confirm that we do not have any personal data in our records. If you wish to delete the local data on your device (like game progress or settings), you can simply uninstall the app from your device; that will remove any app-stored data on your phone. There is no separate “account” to delete because none exists.

  • Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal data, so there is no need for an opt-out. By not collecting or selling data, we are automatically in compliance with opt-out provisions.

  • Non-Discrimination: We do not provide different levels of service or pricing based on whether you exercise any privacy rights. All users are treated equally, and since we collect no data, there’s no question of any discrimination.

If you have any privacy-related inquiries or requests, you can always reach out to us at our contact information below. We will address any questions to the best of our ability. For example, if you want confirmation that no data of yours is being processed, we can provide that. Your trust is important to us, and even though our apps are simple offline tools, we want you to feel secure using them.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially if we expand to new platforms or add features that could impact privacy. If we make any significant changes, we will notify users by updating the policy on our website (or within the app) and adjusting the “Effective Date” at the top. In cases of major changes, we may also provide an in-app notification or prompt upon update. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Your continued use of Bingo Caller Plus and Bingo Player Plus after any changes to this policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes. Of course, if we ever decided to start collecting personal data (which we currently do not), we would update this policy and likely seek consent where required.
