FitPass LIFE, LLC (“FitPass LIFE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a mobile application designed to assist individuals in studying for the Series 65 examination (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App does not provide financial, legal, investment, or regulatory advice.

Nothing within the App should be interpreted as:

Investment advice
Legal advice
Regulatory guidance
A substitute for official exam materials or professional instruction

Users are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals and official examination resources as needed.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store and Google Play.

While FitPass LIFE does not collect personal data, your use of the App may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of:
